Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. Tracking your order:

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Returns:

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Best Trends Online Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

3.Random Shipping, No Style Selection

The toys inside the blind boxes are randomly shipped. We cannot inform you in advance of the specific style, color, or series you will receive, adding to the element of surprise.Minors under 18 should make purchases with a guardian present.

4.Refund and Return Policy
