1.Each Blind Box Contains a Mystery Fidget

Every blind box contains a carefully selected fidget toy. The style, color, and material of the toy are randomly assigned, ensuring each unboxing is filled with surprises.

2.Product Types and Series

Our blind box products feature various types of fidget toys, including push-type, spinner-type, and pop coin-type toys. Each blind box you purchase will contain one of these types, with each type offering different designs and play experiences.

3.Random Shipping, No Style Selection

The toys inside the blind boxes are randomly shipped. We cannot inform you in advance of the specific style, color, or series you will receive, adding to the element of surprise.Minors under 18 should make purchases with a guardian present.

4.Refund and Return Policy

Once the blind box is opened, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item has a quality issue or does not match the description.If there is a quality issue or the item does not match the description, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will provide a return or exchange service.

We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping to North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania via trusted couriers on orders over $50 USD. Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 3 to 9 business days. For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Tracking your order:

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Returns:

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Best Trends Online Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
